Mount Edgcumbe, a perfect engagement shoot location.
Any engagement shoot that involves getting a boat to get there is fine by me - unfortunately Dani and Paul were in their car so no fun nautical engagement photos for us, but luckily Mount Edgcumbe had plenty else to offer us.
I always like to start my engagement shoots with a cuppa (or a pint if it’s not too early in the day) and a chat about how the wedding plans are coming along. Dani, Paul and I settled down for a cup of tea at the Edgcumbe arms, and took the opportunity to catch up on wedding plans and just have a good old natter.
With our bellies full of tea, we went for a wander around the grounds of Mount Edgcumbe with their cute little pooch, Ruby. The weather wasn’t amazing, but this made for some lovely cosy winter engagement photography, and it meant Dani got to show off her lovely coats!
This shoot was pretty exciting for me as it marked the beginning of moving my life and my wedding photography business to Cornwall from Shropshire. It got me really excited for all the beautiful Devon and Cornwall wedding venues that are on my doorstep now!
